(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 33-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at approximately 9:53 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen reporting a dispute.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a male became involved in a verbal confrontation with a female located inside a residence.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 33-year-old Brent Nicholas WORMSBECKER of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault with a weapon and uttering threats-cause death or bodily harm.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
