(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) -On November 14, 2013 an officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated an investigation in relation to the theft of copper wire.
The copper wire was stolen from a secure compound located on Elm Tree Road in the former Fenelon Township.
