(Portland,ON.) – On Friday, November 15, 2013 at around 7:30 p.m. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leeds County responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Ultramar gas station on Hwy 15 in the village of Portland.
O.P.P Emergency Response Team (ERT), O.P.P Canine Unit , and Leeds County Crime Unit attended the scene.
A male, wearing a mask, entered the gas station at around 7:30 p.m. and brandished a firearm at the clerk and demanded money.
The male then left the gas station. The clerk was unharmed.
The male is described as:
White male
Approximately 6’0 in height
Thin build
