(KILLALOE, ON) – On November 28, 2013 at approximately 3:50am, an on-duty officer of the Killaloe detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was involved in a single motor vehicle collision on Round Lake Road, Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards.
The marked police vehicle left the roadway, landing in the ditch. No one was injured.
Constable James BAKER, 26, a 2-year member of the Killaloe OPP detachment was charged with Careless Driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).
