TWO MALES ARRESTED IN COMMERCIAL BREAK AND ENTER

(THAMES CENTRE, ON)- On Sunday December 1, 2013 at 2:55 a.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter in progress at a commercial site located on Robins Hill Road, Thames Centre.

A search of the site was completed and one male was placed under arrest. A second male fled the scene and was tracked and arrested with the assistance of the Western Region Canine Unit.

As a result of an investigation police have charged Jared WILSON-WALKER, age 30 of London, ON and Patrick OZARD, age 24of London, ON with one count each of Break and Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence as per Section 348(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC) and Fail to Comply with Probation Order 733.1(1) CC.

Both parties have been remanded into police custody and are scheduled to appear in a London Court room at a later date to speak to the charges.
