(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment charged a 27 year old male after conducting foot patrols at a James Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, December 6, 2013, at approximately 3:00 p.m., officers were conducting foot patrols at the Delhi District Secondary School when officers were alerted by school staff of a suspicious male that was in the gymnasium.
As a result of investigation, officers charged a 27 year old male.
Charged with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place is 27 year old Nicholas Ryan VANKERREBROEK of Norfolk County.
