(MAGNETAWAN, ON) The Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested a male after investigating a theft complaint.
On Friday December 6, 2013 the Almaguin Highlands OPP received a complaint from a Magnetawan resident that a male had stolen some items from a trailer located on his property. Police investigated the theft and discovered that the male was staying in North Bay, Ontario.
On Sunday December 8, 2013 with the assistance of the North Bay City Police Service the male was located in North Bay. Officers from the Almaguin Highlands OPP and North Bay OPP arrested the male for theft and outstanding warrants from Alberta.
The accused, Christopher BONNER (32) of Sudbury Ontario was held for a bail hearing on Monday December 9, 2013 in Parry Sound, Ontario.
