Barrie Police responded to a call for a shoplifter at The Bay on Bayfield just prior to 2pm this afternoon. The 19 year old woman was observed concealing makeup on her person and exited the location making no attempt to pay for the items. She was arrested for theft and taken into custody. She was released with a future court date in answer to the charge.
