(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On December 14, 2013, just after 10:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving two vehicles on Highway 40 near Pinehurst Line.
The collision occurred when a Chrysler vehicle traveling southbound struck a northbound Toyota vehicle.
The driver of the Chrysler, 23 year old Stephen MAYNARD, from Chatham, ON, has been charged with Careless Driving.
No injuries were reported.
