(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) West Region Highway Enforcement Team arrested a 34 year old male after checking a vehicle at a Radical Road, Woodhouse, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, December 13, 2013 at approximately 7:40 p.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Radical Road and Norfolk County Highway 24 East, when a vehicle was stopped and checked for driver sobriety.
Through the course of police investigation, a passenger from the motor vehicle was arrested and charged.
Charged with possession of Marihuana and having liquor in open container in other than licenced premises, residence of private place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act is 34 year old Kyle Morgan RACZ of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
