(PARRY SOUND, ON) – On December 14, 2013 at approximately 1:51 a.m. the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a possible impaired driver attempting to leave a residence in the town of Parry Sound. Police located the suspect vehicle parked on Ginnie Street where a female was sitting in the driver’s seat.
Carol CHECHOCK, 60 years of age from Parry Sound was charged with Having Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle While their Ability was Impaired by the Consumption of Alcohol, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on January 23, 2014.
