(Madawaska Valley Township, ON) Provincial Constable James Baker and Provincial Constable Brad Zandstra were conducting a RIDE program on Hopefield Road on December 15, 2013. Edward RECOSKIE, 76 years of age of Barry’s Bay was charged with Over 80mg contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on January 8, 2013.
