(Clarence-Creek, ON) On December 20, 2013 Constable Mike Lavallee was operating radar on Landry Street in Clarence-Creek. The officer was monitoring the speed of vehicle on the road and the speed of snowmobiles on the public trail. The officer noticed a snowmobile on the trail approaching Landry Street at a speed of 108 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
A 16 year old young person from Clarence-Creek was issued a provincial offence notice for the following offence:
MSVA 14(1)((b)(ii)) Speeding – in excess of 50 km/h, on public trail
