(Rockland, ON) On December 18, 2013 Constable Philippe Bergeron responded to a theft incident at the Rockland CanadianTire. At that location it was reported by management that an employee working in the Auto Repair department was caught stealing store merchandise. The store conducted their investigation to come to that conclusion. The officer examined the evidence and concluded that some offences had been committed.
