(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On January 5, 2014 Quinte West OPP officers responded to a call for a fail to remain collision that took place on Telephone Rd.
When officers arrived on scene they were able to locate a vehicle driven by 46 year old Peter JONES of Murray Ward which had driven away from the collision.
After a short investigation JONES was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation, Over 80mgs, and Fail to Remain. JONES was released with a court date in February of 2014.
