(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment has charged a 30 year old male with a Drinking and Driving related offence after conducting a vehicle stop at a Hwy #3, Norfolk County, ON address.
On Wednesday January 8th, 2014 at approximately 12:20 am Police stopped a blue 1998 Ford pickup truck on Hwy #3 for a Highway Traffic Act infraction. While the officer was speaking with the driver evidence of impaired driving was detected which, led to the driver being arrested.
Charged with Driving over the Legal Limit of Alcohol is 30 year old Michael MERCER of Norfolk County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
