(SEGUIN TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 26, 2013 at approximately 7:19 p.m. the Seguin Fire Department attended a residence fire on Goddard Crescent in Seguin Township. Due to the suspicious nature of the fire, the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to investigate.
As a result of the Police investigation, a 37 year old man from Richmond Hill was charged with Arson – Damage to Property, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on January 23, 2014 to answer to his charge.
