(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Tuesday, January 14, 2013, Grey County Ontario Police (OPP) received a report of a break-in at the Township of Chatsworth landfill site located on Sideroad 5. The break-in occurred sometime between 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11th and 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 13th, 2014.
Unknown person(s) entered the property and forcibly entered a container used to store discarded electronic equipment. Items were removed by the culprit(s). Similar occurrences have occurred over the last two years.
Police are asking the public’s assistance by reporting any suspicious person(s), vehicle(s) or activity in the area, to police, by calling 1-888-310-1122.
