(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On January 22, 2014, just before 4:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Mack tractor trailer on Highway 401 eastbound near Drake Side Road.
As a result of the subsequent OPP commercial motor vehicle inspection, the driver, 50 year old Max MCVANNELL, from Woodstock, ON, was charged with Fail To Enter Defect In Daily Inspection Report, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
