(ELGIN COUNTY, ON) – The three men arrested yesterday January 23, 2014 in possession of a stolen vehicle remain in custody awaiting show cause bail hearings to be held today January 24, 2014. The men are facing numerous criminal charges.
The driver of the vehicle, Lee COLLINS age 31 of London, ON has been charged with;
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
Four (4) Counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
Possession of Break In Instruments
Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Driving While Under Suspension
Two (2) Counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance (Drug) for the Purpose of Trafficking
Unlawfully in a Dwelling House
Passenger in the vehicle, David Michael, MORLEY age 45 of London, ON has been charged with;
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
Four (4) Counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
Possession of Break In Instruments
Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Two (2) Counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance (Drug) for the Purpose of Trafficking
Passenger in the vehicle, Ronald Kyle, TOWLE age 31 of London, ON has been charged with;
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
Four (4) Counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
Possession of Break In Instruments
Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Two (2) Counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance (Drug) for the Purpose of Trafficking
Failing to Comply with a Probation Order
The three men are currently in custody awaiting show cause bail hearings to be held in St.Thomas Criminal Court.
