(HALIBURTON, ON) – On Friday January 30, 2014 officers from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Kushog Lake Road in the Township of Algonquin Highlands, Ontario. The male driver who was currently prohibited from driving, was also consuming alcohol. Michael HARRISON age 46 from Algonquin Highlands Ontario was charged with Drive while Disqualified and also received a 3-day licence suspension. The accused had his Ford pickup truck impounded for 45 days and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Minden Ontario on March 05, 2014.
