Residential Smash And Grab

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Monday, June 18, 2018 at approximately 9:27 p.m., police received a report of a break and enter.

Through the course of investigation, it was determined that between 11:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., unknowns attended the address and forcibly gained entry into the residence. Once inside, unknowns removed a large quantity of jewellery which consisted of silver and gold rings, earrings, lockets, gold chains and bracelets.

Police are asking all surrounding residents in the area is to report suspicious behaviour or individuals immediately by calling 1-888-310-1122 or if a crime is in progress call 911.
