(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On February 4th, 2014 at approximately 4:45 p.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police while monitoring traffic flow on County Road #124 observed a motor vehicle traveling northbound near 12/13 Side Road Nottawasaga at a speed well above the posted speed; 136 Km/h in a posted 80 Km/h zone.
This motor vehicle was stopped and the driver was charged appropriately.
Charged with “Race a Motor Vehicle†is Habib G.GHOOSI 26 years old from Guelph, Ontario. First appearance is March 20th, 2014 at Wasaga Beach Provincial Court.
In addition Police have suspended this male’s Drivers’ Licence and impounded the above motor vehicle both for 7 days.
