(LAKESHORE, ON) -On February 4, 2014 at approximately 7:30 p.m., Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers in Lakeshore stopped a speeding vehicle on Highway 401 westbound near Myers Road.
The vehicle, a black Chrysler, was reportedly stolen from London earlier that day.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, 31 year old Mitchell LAROCQUE of Windsor was arrested at the scene.
He was held for a bail hearing, charged with:
Public Mischief
Obstruct Peace Officer
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
Possession of Break In Instruments
Drive While Under Suspension
Theft of Motor Vehicle
Speeding
He was remanded into custody.
