THREE ADULTS FACING CRIMINAL CHARGES AFTER POLICE SOLVE BREAK AND ENTER

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were investigating a break and enter to a residence on Oakhill Drive.

At approximately 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday February 4th, 2014, a suspect entered a residence on Oakhill Drive and removed computers, jewellery and a wallet.

After further investigation by officers and with the assistance of the County of Brant OPP Crime Unit and OPP Organized Crime and Enforcement Bureau- Drug Enforcement Unit a suspect was arrested. A search warrant was executed on a Brantford City residence. Officers recovered stolen property and a large amount of marihuana with an approximate value of $12,250.00 during the search.

Rebecca ANDERSON 37 years of age and Anthony ROBERTS 21 years of age, both from the City of Brantford are facing the following Criminal charge

Possession of a Schedule II substance for the Purpose of Trafficking over 3 Kg

Both accused are scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on April 11th, 2014 to answer to the charge.

Jasen PAPPIN 35 years of age, from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charges

Break and Enter
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime- Under $5,000.
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the Purpose of Trafficking over 3 Kg

PAPPIN is currently being held before the courts.
