(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On February 8, 2014 shortly after 8:30 a.m., Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a reported disturbance on Otterville Road in Springford.
A 42 year old Otterville male was arrested at the scene. During the arrest the male became uncooperative and was restrained by officers. The accused complained of injuries and was transported to an area hospital where he is being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The male remains in custody in hospital and is facing charges.
