(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On February 9, 2014, at 11:30 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Dodge pickup on Highway 401 westbound near Charing Cross Road.
As a result of the subsequent OPP traffic investigation, the driver, 36 year old Denis SMITH, from Tecumseh, ON, was charged with the following:
Speeding, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Driving While Under Suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
