(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) – On February 7, 2014 at around 5:15 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to reports of a Ford pickup that was in the ditch on Confederation Line in the area of Wanstead Road. While speaking with the driver it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 42 year old Karl PAVEY from Brooke-Alvinston was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on March 3, 2014 to speak to the charges of impaired driving and being over the legal limit. No injuries were reported.
