(SEVERN TOWNSHIP, ON) – On Friday February 07, 2014 at approximately 1:30 a.m., the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) was contacted in relation to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 11 Northbound in Severn Township.
Officers attended the scene and located a vehicle into the guardrail. The vehicle was being driven by a male party who was arrested at the scene.
The 31 year old male driver, John MCGILLIVRAY of Severn Township has been charged with Impaired Driving and Driving with more than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood.
He will be answering to the charges in Orillia Court on March 04, 2014.
