(KINCARDINE, ON) – On February 8, 2014 at 2:39 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street in Kincardine stopped a White Ford Van. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol and her driver’s licence was under suspension. 26 year old Anita MURRAY of Kincardine has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams and 2 counts of Drive while under suspension. She is scheduled to appear in court on February 24, 2014 to answer to the charges.
