(KINCARDINE, ON) – On February 7, 2014 at 7:26 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a disturbance at the Rexall Pharmacy along Sutton Street in Kincardine. Officers arrived to find a male swearing and yelling at store staff. Following his arrest, a number of items belonging to the store were recovered. 37 year old Stuart MCVEAN of no fixed address has been charged with Cause a disturbance, Theft under $5,000, Possess stolen property, Possess a controlled substance and Breach probation. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for February 10, 2014.
