(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON)– On February 8, 2014 at 9:57 pm, a Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along William street in Wiarton stopped a black Chevrolet Avalanche for a Highway Traffic Act violation. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol and his driver’s licence was under suspension.
49 year old William John WRIGHT of Wiarton has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams and 1 count of Drive while under suspension. He is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court on February 27, 2014 to answer to the charges.
