(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON)– On February 9, 2014 at 2:45 am, a Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along French Bay Road, Saugeen First Nation Territory observed a 2002 blue GMC Jimmy not being driven in a proper manner, the officer stopped the motor vehicle and while speaking to the female driver evidence of alcohol consumption was detected which lead to the driver being arrested.
38 year old Dolly PARTIDGE from Saugeen, First Nation Territory, is charged under the Criminal Code of Canada (CC) Sec 253 (1)(a) with driving while her ability impaired and CC 253(1)(b) driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in blood
She is scheduled to appear in Walkerton court on February 24, 2014 to answer to the charges.
