(ST.MARYS, ON) On Friday February 07, 2014 just before midnight, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducting Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) patrol in St.Marys, observed an SUV moving back and forth in the Remax parking lot near the intersection of Queen St. West and Ontario Street.
The officers spoke with the driver and found that he had been drinking alcoholic beverages. The driver failed a roadside breath test and was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville. There he failed two Intoxilyzer Breath Tests.
Bolivar PEREZ VILLANICENCIO (48) of St.Marys has been charged with “driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in bloodâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on Monday March 17, 2014 to answer to this charge.
