(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) -On February 8, 2014 at approximately 2:14 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were on patrol and a 2000 Volkswagen caught their attention. A traffic stop was initiated on Foxwood Crescent, Guelph and the male driver showed signs of alcohol consumption.
The Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
Tyler CRAWFORD age 25 of Guelph has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 25, 2014 to answer to the charges.
