During the investigation human remains were discovered inside the severely destroyed home. Identification is pending.
A post-mortem examination is scheduled for tomorrow.
(TUDOR, ON) – On February 9, 2014 at 7:30 pm, members of the Central Hastings Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a residential fire on Weslemkoon Lake Road just east of Highway # 62 in Tudor-Cashel Township.
On arrival the residence was fully engulfed in flames and the fire department was on scene.
The investigation continues in conjunction with the Ontario Fire Marshalls Office.
