(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On February 9, 2014, just before 11:30 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a single motor vehicle on Highway 401 westbound near Merlin Road.
The collision occurred when a Chrysler vehicle travelling westbound lost control and entered the centre median where it came to rest.
The driver, 22 year old Michael WILLIGENBURG, from Oxford, ON, has been charged with Careless Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle, No Currently Validated Permit.
No injuries were reported.
