(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On February11, 2014 at approximately 12:05 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling Mount Forest. A 2007 Ford was observed entering onto King Street West from a parking lot and the male driver was spoken with. He showed signs of alcohol consumption and was arrested.
The Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
Bruce LAMB age 54 of Hanover has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 25, 2014 to answer to the charge.
