(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On Friday February 14, 2014 at approximately 9:16 p.m., Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped the driver of a motor vehicle on Highway 21 in the area of Allenford Road, South Bruce Peninsula.
Police found that the driver was operating a 2007 Dodge Ram pick up while not being licenced to do so. Further investigation by police located an amount of marihuana.
Kyle William STUCKLESS, age 23, of Huron-Kinloss Township, is charged under the Highway Traffic Act with drive motor vehicle- no licence, and also under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with possession of schedule II substance – cannabis marihuana under 30 grams.
He is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court on Thursday, March 27, 20
