On Friday, February 7, 2014, just after 3:30pm, Waterloo Regional Police were called to a residence on Strasburg Rd in Kitchener in response to a landlord/ tenant dispute in which the landlord was allegedly threatened by his tenant. Due to the circumstances and the nature of the threat, police contained the home. With the assistance of emergency response officers, a 22 year old Kitchener male was arrested without incident. He was charged with Uttering Threats.
