(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On Saturday February 15, 2014 at approximately 10:00 p.m., Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped the driver of a motor vehicle on Bruce County Road 8, South Bruce Peninsula.
Police found that the driver was operating a 2009 Dodge Caravan while being suspended from doing so. The driver was further charged during this traffic stop.
Roberston MACGREGOR, age 30, of Wiarton, Ont, is charged under the Highway Traffic Act with driving while under suspension, improper number plate light, fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle and he is also charged under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act fail to surrender insurance card.
He is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court on Monday, March 24, 2014.
