(KENORA, ON) Two Kenora men are facing drug related charges following the execution of search warrants on Friday February 14, 2014. Members of the Kenora Detachment Street Crime Unit, the Organized Crime and Enforcement Bureau (OCEB)- Kenora Drug Unit, and the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed the warrants on two Kenora residences that resulted in the seizure of approximately 17 grams of cocaine and an amount of Canadian currency. The drugs have an estimated street value of $1400.
As a result of this investigation, 34 year old Clayton OGDEN has been charged with Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act (CDSA) and 32 year old Derek Ogden has been charged with Possession of Cocaine contrary to the CDSA. Both men are to appear in Kenora Court on March 27, 2014 to answer to the charges.
