(Embrun, ON) On February 14, 2014 OPP Constable Karim Davis was on patrol on Notre-Dames Street in Embrun when he noticed a vehicle weaving from one side to the other. He eventually stopped the vehicle and spoke to driver. The officer detected an odor of alcohol. The driver provided a breath sample into the Roadside Screening Device. The test registered a FAIL”. The driver was arrested and transported to the OPP office for more test. Some tests done on the Intozilyzer were conducted and the driver provided samples of breath that resulted in the samples being over the legal limit permitted.
