(THE BLUE MOUNTAINS, ONTARIO) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a male with mischief in regards to damage to an ice sculpture at Blue Mountain Resort.
On the 12th of February 2014 shortly before midnight, OPP officers were called to attend to Blue Mountain Resort in regards to a mischief to an ice sculpture. The sculpture, in the shape of the Olympic rings, was located in the village square of Blue Mountain Resort where security officers witnessed a male push the sculpture to the ground and shattering it in the process. The male was arrested by security and police were called.
Charged is 25 year-old Jeffrey BLACKBURN of Newmarket, he is facing a charge of mischief under $5000 and is to appear in Owen Sound court on the 17th of March 2014.
