(South Dundas) – On February 16th, 2014 at 1:10pm SDG OPP officers had the occasion to intercept a vehicle travelling at an excessive rate of speed eastbound on Highway 401, South Dundas Township.
The vehicle was clocked at 155km/h in a 100km/h zone. The female driver from Ajax, Ontario was charged with race motor vehicle. The vehicle and driver’s license were seized as per legislation. The driver is scheduled to appear in Cornwall Court March 11, 2014.
