(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have arrested a 24 year old male and 21 year old male after police were conducting foot patrols at a Robinson Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, February 23, 2014, at approximately 2:29 a.m., officers were conducting foot patrols in the area of Robinson Street when officers observed damage to a business window.
Through the course of investigation, police arrested a 24 and 21 year old male.
Charged with Mischief Under $5000 is 24 year old Joshua William STEWART of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act is 21 year old Tyson STEWART of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
