Around 8:30 p.m. last night officers observed a man known to them driving his vehicle on Keil Drive in Chatham. The man is currently prohibited from driving Canada wide due to convictions for dangerous driving and driving while disqualified.
The 28-year-old Blenheim man was arrested and has been charged with three counts of driving while disqualified. His vehicle was impounded for 45 days as per the Vehicle Impoundment Program. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
