(NAPANEE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has closed Wyman Road between Highway 2 and Callaghan Road for safety reasons. Presently there are a few people located on the shoulder of Wyman Road, south of Hwy 401 and they have lit a fire.
Hwy 401 is open.
The OPP is monitoring the situation and will be using a measured response that considers the safety of the public, protestors and the police. The OPP respect peaceful, lawful protest. Anyone involved in criminal activity will be held accountable.
