(ADJALA-TOSORONTIO, ON)- The Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information about a vehicle in the ditch on County Road 50 on Sunday March 2nd, 2014 at 5:44pm.
Police arrived on scene and immediately began to investigate the driver for impaired operation of a motor vehicle; the driver was placed under arrest and provided a sample at the roadside. She was later transported to the Nottawasaga Detachment and later released.
Charged is 36 year old Town of New Tecumseth resident, Alison RICHARDS, she is charged with Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood under the Criminal Code of Canada.
She will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 27, 2014 to answer to this charge.
