(Prince Edward County, ON)â€â€During the early morning hours of March 01, 2014 officers with the Ontario Provincial Police Prince Edward County detachment responded to a noise complaint involving snowmobiles on York St., Picton. At 5:24am a male operating a snow mobile was stopped. The operator appeared to have been consuming alcohol.
23-year old Terry FENEMORE of Picton was arrested and is charged with Operating While Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a) and Operation With Over 80mgs of Alcohol, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused was released from police custody on a promise to appear and is to attend before the Ontario Court of Justice, Picton on March 26, 2014.
